BERI.CO.CLEAN Sensor Ø32
The BERI.CO.CLEAN and BERI.CO.CLEAN Solid electro-pneumatic devices have been developed for equipment used to clean cables, wires, catheters, etc. in order to remove unwanted particles such as chips, dust or other micro-particles.
Especially when working on coaxial cables and high-voltage cables (HV cables), i.e. when cutting and separating the wire braids, small and tiny chips fall off, which must be avoided at all costs, as they can cause disruptions in the subsequent manufacturing processes.
The handling of these cleaning devices is very simple: plug in the cable and the suction is activated (or with foot valve: activate suction).
The BERI.CO.CLEAN version is equipped with a touch display that can be used to select the suction time and mode (sensor or foot valve). You can use suction nozzles with different diameters and different filters.
The BERI.CO.CLEAN Solid is a simplified version, reduced to the essential functions, without a display and with a fixed suction time. Suction is triggered by the built-in sensor and remains active as long as the medium is in the device.
The devices are designed for cables with an outer diameter of approx. ⌀ 19.0 mm or approx. ⌀ 31.5 mm. They enable the processing of cables up to a length of approx. 270 mm. Special sizes are available on request.
